Nearly 50 locations through the Champaign, IL area were rebranded to "Smile," part of an acquisition of Student Living locations surrounding the University of Illinois campus. The project demanded a quick turnaround and attention to detail; working with the Ace Sign Co. Logistics and Graphics Teams, all locations were managed, surveyed, produced, and installed in close partnership with the Fairlawn Real Estate team.  "Founded in July 2015, Fairlawn Real Estate is a family company that quickly grew into a major player within the Midwest property management market.
