Originally the Loew’s Theater, this new marquee replication sits on New Rochelle’ s Main Street. The Main St. marquee revitalizes the façade of the arts center while utilizing design that mimics the original Loew’s marquee. Choice of font, colors, shapes, and materials can be echoed back to the original design. The soffit features classic aluminum tiling with LED bulb lighting. Completed in 2019.
