The "Home of the Great American Road Trip" just landed outside of Indy in Whitestown, Indiana. The new massive, 53,000 square foot site includes 84 fueling stations, endless snacks and amenities, and a signage package that creates a truly unforgettable experience.
Wally's selected Ace Sign Co. as the signage partner to coordinate, engineer, fabricate, and install the exterior and interior signage. Designed by the Wally's branding team, the signage creates an unmatched experience that connects travelers to this iconic brand.
Enjoy the sights, smells, and...signs as you experience Wally's newest flagship store. Combining large scale capacity with authentic craftsmanship, Ace Sign Co. synchronized various bulb types alongside authentic glass neon to create a variety of animated elements. A 90' high-rise captures travelers who are then greeted by an iconic neon entrance sign. Illuminated badge logos flank each side of the massive gas canopy with 8-foot letters high above each side of the building.
Inside, you're just getting started, as dazzling marquee style signs mark each delicious food and snack option. Glass bead filled letters morph colors above your "SLOOSH" of choice. Beer meets your favorite video game memories, as you enter below the 'Beer Arcades' Atari-style animated sign. A metal awning and a flashing ice cream arrow create a classic "Cafe" storefront alongside fresh bakery smells. The centerpiece "Famous Grill" neon sign features all the hearty options you desire, while colorful flashing arrows guide you to your "Popcorn" flavor choice. Suspended menus make ordering easy... Jerky by the pound anyone?
