Polyester Flags

Weight & Flyability: Heavier and thicker (often 2-ply), requiring more wind to fully unfurl and fly. They may not fly well on very calm days.
Appearance: Have a more coarse, canvas-like texture and a traditional, less vibrant/matte look compared to nylon.
Durability & Weather: Most durable flag material. They are the best choice for high-wind areas and 24/7 display, offering the longest lifespan and best resistance to fraying and tearing.
Best Use: Commercial, industrial, or coastal areas with harsh weather or constant high winds

Nylon Flags

Weight & Flyability: Very lightweight, allowing them to fly beautifully and easily even in the slightest breeze (low-wind areas).
Appearance: Known for having a bright, vivid color and a slightly lustrous/shiny appearance.
Durability & Weather: A great all-purpose outdoor flag. They are quick-drying and naturally resistant to mildew, making them good for wet/rainy climates.
Best Use: Residential, home use, and areas with light to moderate wind conditions.

Custom Dye-Sublimated Flags

Printing Process: Uses dye sublimation, where the dye is turned into a gas by heat and pressure, infusing it directly into the fabric fibers.
Design & Color: Allows for full-color, photo-quality printing and intricate designs with no limits on colors (edge-to-edge printing is possible).
Feel: The design is literally part of the fabric, so the flag remains soft and flexible—the print doesn't sit on top like screen printing.
Output: Typically results in a "single-reverse" image, meaning the design is correct on the front and visible in reverse on the back side. True double-sided flags are made by sewing two separate printed flags together with a liner.
