Working with the Joliet Area Historical Museum, our team was honored to re-create the original Dairy Queen signage on Historic Route 66 in Joliet, IL. The landmark site has been revived to its original look from its humble beginnings in 1940. With meticulous attention to detail, the hand painted overhead storefront sign and window neon replicas bring history back to life!
The "Home of the Great American Road Trip" just landed outside of Indy in Whitestown, Indiana. The new massive 53,000 square foot site includes 84 fueling stations, endless snacks and amenities, and a signage package that creates a truly unforgettable experience.

Every sign has a story, but rarely does that story end at the ‘Rose Parade’. It began in the early 1950’s, when William Posegate contacted the owner of Ace Sign Co. at the time, Joe Bringuet, to build a new road sign along the then original Route 66 where his modest motel resided.
The City of Springfield contracted with Ace Sign Co. to recreate the iconic signage seen in the windows, the building letters, and to craft a life-size cutout of Bill Shea so his legacy and contributions to the preservation of history will never be forgotten.
